Can I manage multiple clients' news with one PR Leap account?

Yes, you can manage all your clients from one account. News Groups allow you to group related press releases by client or project. By default, press releases are not grouped together. However, we strongly recommend grouping related press releases together using "News Group."

Related News - Related News is an important search engine optimization tactic that helps improve your search visibility. This is why we encourage you to group related news. Releases ungrouped will not benefit from this cross promotion tactic. As default, all news releases in your account are not grouped. We encourage you to spend a few minutes grouping your related news together.

How to create a news group

From the Dashboard, click "News" on the top menu. Click on the press release you want to group. On the right menu, you should see "Group News" drop down list, which indicates that the press release is not part of a group.

Click on the drop down list and select "Create Group" and type the name of your group and click Submit. You must click on submit in order for the News Group to be created. After you click submit, the name of your news group will appear on the drop down list. This confirms your press release is now part of a news group.

You can add additional press releases to the News Group by viewing the press release and selecting the the news group from the list.

Ungroup - To remove a press release from a News Group, click on the drop down list and select Ungroup. Once again "Group News" should be displayed on the drop down list, indicating this press release is not part of a group.

In the near future, we will make it possible to edit a group name and delete unwanted group names.
