Dover Downs Hotel & Casino announces new dining and nightlife hot spotDover Downs Hotel & Casino announced that Public House Investments, LLC (PHI), the Philadelphia-based company with renowned operations in New York, N.Y., Denver, Colo. and Philadelphia, Pa., has signed a lease to operate a Public House restaurant as part of The Colonnade, the casino’s current expansion project. Public House is projected to open in fall 2008 and is the first of three planned new restaurants for The Colonnade. - October 17, 2007
