Joplin Museum's Executive Director honored with 2006 Governor's Humanities Award for Community Involvement
Brad Belk, executive director of the Joplin Museum Complex, was recently honored with the 2006 Governor’s Humanities Community Heritage Award, conferred by the Missouri Humanities Council. This award recognizes a special contribution to a community’s understanding of its heritage. The award ceremony took place at the Missouri Governor's Mansion in Jefferson City. - November 25, 2006
