WARE MALCOMB ANNOUNCES DESIGN COMPLETED & CONSTRUCTION BEGUN FOR PROLOGIS’ PARK 33, BUILDING 1.

(PRLEAP.COM) Lower Nazareth Township, Pennsylvania – Leading design firm Ware Malcomb announces design is complete and construction has begun on Building 1 in ProLogis’ Park 33 Industrial Park. Building 1 is the first of two buildings to be developed by ProLogis at Park 33.

Ware Malcomb officers planning, architecture, interior design, graphic design and site development services to commercial real estate clients throughout North America. The firm’s New Jersey office provided architectural design services for Building 1, a 930,000 square foot speculative industrial building. This precast concrete tilt-up building with 32 foot clear ceiling height also includes a paved pad for a proposed 135,000 square foot expansion. The building has 110 dock high positions, 3 drive-in door positions, and knock-out panels designed for an additional 83 dock doors. There are two distinct store front entry elements on opposite corners of the building to allow for multi-tenant occupancy. This project is being built by R. S. Mowery & Sons, Inc. of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. Construction is expected to be complete late October 2007.
