WARE MALCOMB ANNOUNCES DESIGN COMPLETE AND CONSTRUCTION BEGUN FOR EXTERRA’S MONTEVINA PROJECT

(PRLEAP.COM) Friday, October 28, 2007 - (October 2007) Livermore, California – Leading Design firm Ware Malcomb’s Northern California office announces that design is complete and construction has begun for the Montevina speculative office/flex project. The project, being developed by ExTerra Realty Partners, LLC, is located at Airway Boulevard and North Canyon Parkway in Livermore, California.

Ware Malcomb is providing planning and architectural design services for this project, which includes 34 speculative office/flex buildings, totaling 211,800 square feet. The buildings range from 3,600 square feet to 13,200 square feet and will be available for sale. The project will be built in phases, with Phase I including 16 buildings and the remaining 18 in Phase II. The project is characterized by a Tuscan architectural style and features a central courtyard that includes Bocce Ball Courts, olive trees through out the site, numerous fountains, and a BBQ area for tenants.
