Sustainable Agriculture, 2nd edition, was recently published by the CSIRO. It’s full of good advice on improving soil, growing healthy crops, animal husbandry, and how to start and manage a farm business. If you are already on the land, or wish you were, or thinking about a sea change, this book has something for you.

Nursery Management, 2nd edition, published by Landlinks Press. If you are thinking to open a nursery, or want to improve the productivity and efficiency of your existing retail or production nursery business, this book can help you. It has three new chapters, and is twice as long as the first edition.

Commercial Hydroponics, 2nd edition, is an updated, expanded version of the book that became one of the world’s best selling hydroponic texts. This new edition from Kangaroo Press ((Simon & Schuster) is packed with even more useful information for the hobbyist or professional.

Growing and Using Vegetables and Herbs goes beyond the usual how-to-grow-them theme of most other books on this subject. Extra features are valuable storage tips, and some wonderful, simple recipes for using your produce. Also published by Kangaroo Press.
