Email Systems Finds Harmoni In Healthcare

Web and email management specialist Email Systems has announced that Amicus ITS , a dedicated provider of IT services to the public and private sectors with a particular focus on the healthcare industry, is driving its business growth with Email Systems' suite of services.

A recognised specialist public sector reseller, Amicus ITS has adopted the system in-house and will now pass on the full advantages of Email Systems' technology to its clientele, which is predominantly based in West London, the Home Counties, the South West and the Midlands.

Amicus ITS recently formed between two sister companies, Harmoni ITS and Amicus Technology. This is to better reflect the wide range of products and services that they now offer. They are now better positioned to deliver additional value to clientele in terms of a wider choice of services centring around True 24x7 IT Managed Service Solutions.

Originally established in 1988, Harmoni's Information Technology Service (ITS) team has worked closely with both the NHS and the independent sector, to design, build and manage IT environments to support higher quality, integrated services for patients across a range of health and social care settings and to date, have worked with clients including EasyGroup, Volvo, AXA insurance, NHS Direct, DHL, Garmin.

Email Systems web and email filtering, email archiving, business continuity and personal encryption services offered will be delivered as part of Harmoni's new IT Service Packages, targeting new and existing clients alike.

Having previously worked alongside MessageLabs, Amicus ITS has chosen to advance with Email Systems over a host other competitors including Websense and Scansafe due to both superior protection and overall functionality.

The new contract follows a particularly successful period for Email Systems. In the past 9 months alone, the email and web management specialist has achieved 106% growth in channel partners and grown revenue by 85%. The company was runner up to O2 in the recent Channel Network Awards and is shortlisted as 'Security Vendor of the Year' at the forthcoming Computer Reseller News Awards.
