(PRLEAP.COM) Brighton, MI –November 1, 2007 – Wedge-Mill Tool, http://www.wedgemill.com/, is part of the newly formed Michigan Coast to Coast Tool and Die Collaborative (MCCTD). Wedge-Mill Tool (WMT) is proud to be the first company from Livingston County to be accepted into the tool and die recovery zone program. The MCCTD, http:///www.mcctd.com/, was formed in 2006 and approved as a collaborative by the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) in December, 2006. The MCCTD is a 16 company collaborative formed to strengthen their companies and retain employees by working together on sales, marketing and training projects. During our first full year as a collaborative, we’ve visited each other’s plants, attended quarterly meetings and started doing business with many of the companies within our group.
