(PRLEAP.COM) Personal Therapy Haven has launched a new website www.iwanttogiveupsmoking.co.uk in order to help smokers who want to give up and is offering a free consultation for those who would like to find out how celebrities like Matt Damon quit smoking using hypnosis.

Personal Therapy Haven based in Bromley but also seeing clients across London
has already been helping clients with weight loss, phobias, anxiety and smoking. With the new website and free consultation it hopes that smokers out there who are determined to quit get the support that they need.

It was inspired by a recent report in the Financial Times saying that despite the
fact that the National Health Service has spent almost £500m on services to stop
people smoking it has had no discernible impact on the number of adult smokers.
“It’s a shame that the government has done such hard work implementing the
smoking ban, yet smokers themselves are not being properly supported” says
Melanie Painter, hypnotherapist and EFT Practitioner.

“According to the Office for National Statistics, the number of adult smokers has actually gone up from about 9.5m in 2001 to nearer 9.9m in 2006. This clearly shows that unless you really want to give up and are ready to work with what is driving your habit, nicotine replacement therapy is merely another crutch to lean on.”
