The WeddingMap Page

The latest in a wealth of innovative features offered for FREE by the Web 2.0 site, the WeddingMap Page makes life easier for UK-based couples and their guests by using a venue’s postcode to generate the following:

• A personalised map. The address(es) of a couple’s ceremony and reception venue(s), PLUS a high-quality map plotting the location(s).

• Driving directions. Clearly mapped directions detailing how guests – or indeed the bride and groom – can get from the UK postcode of their choice to the wedding venue(s).

• Weather forecast. WeddingPath’s instant sunshine generator may still be a work in progress, but at least the couple and their guests can keep an eye on the weather in the chosen location because a Netweather.tv forecast is included on the WeddingMap Page.

• Real-time accommodation finder. No more last-minute accommodation worries for guests – the WeddingMap Page incorporates a Laterooms.com list of available rooms close to the wedding venue, with the hotels’ locations plotted on the WeddingMap. A few clicks and a room is booked!

If a member has chosen to display the WeddingMap Page, it will be visible from their personal weddingpath (the personal site they have created).
