Gala Night All Set To Honor Mothers & Daughters' Unique Bond

(PRLEAP.COM) HOLLYWOOD, FL- November 5, 2007- The National Association of the Mother & Daughter Bonding Network (www.mdbn.org) will hold its first annual Mother & Daughter Gala Awards on November 10th, 2007 at their headquarters located at 315 S. 21st Avenue in Hollywood, FL. from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

This is the first fundraising gala for the organization which provides services exclusively to strengthen the relationship between mothers/caretakers and their daughters through coaching in communication exercises and one-on-one counseling.

NBC 6, anchorwoman Kelly Craig will be the Mistress of Ceremony and will oversee the first annual “Granny Awards” and Silent Auction. During this wonderful evening of activities the MDBN will honor several mothers, daughters and grandmothers for their tireless efforts and sacrifices that have shaped their lives and those of their families.

“This is a celebration of the entire family. Mothers and daughters play an important role in shaping our families. As we honor them on this very special night, we are inviting the entire community to join us in celebrating their unique bond.” states Dr. Bessie Fletcher, founder and CEO of the MDBN. Indeed the event is attracting some of the biggest names in giving in Broward County. Mr. and Mrs. Rita Case, along with Hollywood Mayor Mara Gulianti and Tracy Mourning are all expected to be in attendance.
