— The world-class Ambrosia Restaurant is pleased to announce a holiday brunch on Sunday, December 9 from 11 AM to 2 PM. Following the 3-course brunch, guests are invited to see a matinee presentation of the Nutcracker by the Anaheim Ballet in the OC Pavilion theatre. Tickets for the Nutcracker event are sold separately and available online at www.ocpavilion.com or through the OC Pavilion box office at 714-550-0550.

The choice of Entrée’s includes “Ambrosia Benedict” (the chef’s interpretation of Eggs Benedict), Dayboat Sea Scallops with Sweet Corn Pudding, and “Steak Frites” (char grilled Onglet steak). For dessert, guests can choose Mixed Berries Flambé, Chocolate Chunk Brioche Bread Pudding or Cranberry Panna Cotta. Brunch reservations are highly encouraged as reservations tend to fill up prior to the event.

The Nutcracker story remains a source of inspiration for audiences of all ages and interests. The enduring theme remains unchanged – good overcomes evil – but Anaheim Ballet's staging of the family classic is constantly updated, which keeps the production remaining fresh, even for returning audiences.

Tickets for the holiday spectacular are $30 for orchestra, $35 for balcony, $40 for theatre front and $35 for theatre rear. A map of specific seat locations can be found online at www.ocpavilion.com or by visiting the OC Pavilion box office.
