November 07, 2007 (PRLEAP.COM) Entertainment News
Barrie, Ontario, Canada – Photography Corner ( www.PhotographyCorner.com ) has announced that Carl Chalupa is the winner of the site’s latest Contest Corner Challenge, and as such has been awarded Nodal Ninja 3 Package provided by Nodal Ninja. The recent challenge asked photographers to take a photograph of “anything Halloween.” PhotographyCorner.com began offering Contest Corner Challenges in July 2004, and new challenges are issued approximately fifteen times per year.

With over 25% of the votes from a total of 21 qualifying submissions, Carl won the recent photography challenge CCC#40: Trick or Treat with their work showcasing a smoke-filled room with a light shining through a carved pumpkin on a Halloween prop called “Julia.” This is the eighth Contest Corner Challenge win accomplished by Carl Chalupa.

Contest Corner Challenges at www.PhotographyCorner.com are issued to site members in the community’s forum. Only Premiere Members of Photography Corner (requires a yearly or lifetime subscription) are eligible to win some of the prizes, but all members of the site are always invited to submit photographs to the contest and to participate in the five-day voting window to vote on contest winners and discuss submissions after they have all been received.

About Nodal Ninja (www.nodalninja.com/pc.html)

Nodal Ninja is a specially designed tripod head allowing the photographer to adjust a camera/lens “nodal point” exactly over its correct rotational axis. This helps to eliminate parallax error inherent when shooting multiple images side by side. Without parallax a photographer can seamlessly stitch multiple photographs together forming a larger higher resolution composite image.
