(PRLEAP.COM) BOSTON – The Women Presidents’ Organization (WPO) and Entrepreneur Magazine have announced that Circles Marketing Solutions has been named No. 3 of the Top 50 fastest-growing women-owned/women-led privately-owned businesses in the United States and Canada.
