Global Public Relations Network Grows

KINGSTON, N.Y. — Nov. 6, 2007 — JMC Marketing Communications & PR, a long-time member of the Public Relations Global Network (PRGN), announced the network has added affiliates in South Africa with HWB Communications and in Argentina with IdentiaPR.

“This is an important milestone because with the addition of HWB Communications, the PRGN group now has representation in Europe, Asia, the Americas and Africa,” said John Mallen, president of JMC Marketing Communications & PR.

A total of 36 firms now comprise the group of independently-owned agencies. JMC has a network of national and international clients that it supports with PR, advertising, promotions and other communication activities globally.

“Through PRGN, we can serve our clients in an increasing number of locations and draw on a wide range of specialties such as research, creative design and industrial expertise,” he added.

IdentiaPR is the first Argentinean member of PRGN. Based in Buenos Aires, the company offers a full range of PR services including crisis prevention and management, media relations, public affairs and internal communications. IdentiaPR is headed by Dominique Biquard and Agustin Stellatelli.

HWB Communications, based in Cape Town, South Africa, offers PR, marketing and strategic communications services, including crisis management. In addition to reputational risk management, the company specializes in corporate communications, financial services, leisure, tourism and hospitality. HWB Communications was founded in 1996 by Evelyn John Holtzhausen and Ann Wallis-Brown.
