PITTSBURGH, PA - November 9, 2007 - Autumn evokes many pleasant images for the human consciousness; colorful fall foliage, sipping warm apple cider with a loved one by the fireplace, watching your favorite team play in the big game. To those in the literary profession, autumn means only one thing; awards season.

The Best Books 2007, sponsored by USA Book News, are one of the first set of honors given out during the awards season. Awards are given to outstanding literary works in a myriad of categories and genres. SterlingHouse Publisher, Inc. had three of their 2007 titles honored by the Best Books 2007 Awards, one of which won its category.

The Invisible Way, by Anil Giga, was certainly not invisible to the judges at the Best Books 2007 Awards. The Invisible Way was declared the winner in the New Age: Non-Fiction category, defeating a veritable pantheon of New Age titles. This was not the only honor that Mr. Giga would receive from the Best Books awards, however. Mr. Giga's book, The Seven Jewels, was also chosen as a finalist in the Spirituality: General category. Rounding out our trio of honored titles is one the top selling titles put out by SterlingHouse Publisher, The Maze Murderer, by Charles Pero. The Maze Murderer was chosen as a finalist in the Fiction & Literature: Thriller/Adventure category.

"It shows two things," says Cynthia Sterling, CEO of SterlingHouse Publisher, referring to the awards results, "our authors are among the best in the industry and we bring in high quality authors from all genres."
