DeVA Completes Merger with Aegis Associates

Maynard, MA November 9, 2007 – DeVA Systems Group, a leading provider of technology solutions in New England, announced they have joined forces with Aegis Associates, a Waltham, MA based technology company that has been providing IT consulting services in the region for nearly twenty years. Together, DeVA and Aegis will be able to offer a wider range of services as well as increased support coverage to the New England area. In addition, the merger strengthens DeVA’s complete end-to-end application delivery and virtualization solutions, as well as supplementing their managed services package for organizations who wish to augment or outsource IT operations. Aegis also brings a partnership with worldwide network leader Cisco Systems expanding DeVA’s solution offerings to include designing and supporting all IP infrastructures including Internet, VPN and IP Telephony applications.

The merged organization will look to launch a fully unified company under one new brand in early 2008. Fully combined the company will consist of over 80 employees – a majority of which are highly skilled engineers. Solution offerings will include Application Access, Server and Storage Virtualization, IP Telephony, Infrastructure Networking, IT security, Disaster Recovery, and IT Support and Managed Services.

Management of the combined company will include members from both organizations. William Fistori will continue in his role as President & CEO.
