Stage Trade Service Program Webinar
(PRLEAP.COM) Staging Impressions’ Stage Trade Service program is launching this week with the first of its planned member webinars. The Stage Trade Service program is designed to reduce home stagers’ startup costs, as well as provide expanded, more affordable rental options for the consumer and allow home stagers to offer items for sale. The Stage Trade Service program’s focus will be renting accessories to home stagers, providing a clearinghouse for accessories to be shared among professional stagers; merchandising stagers’ or sellers’ treasures and consolidating buying power for wholesale and bulk discount opportunities. The program offers member only monthly webinars on inventory related topics. Deborah Chene,owner of Staging Impressions, will launch the Stage Trade Service program with a webinar slated for Thursday, Nov. 15. The Stage Trade Service Program will initially roll out to staging businesses in Michigan.
The new program will increase the accessories, furnishings and props available for staging homes for sale and offer a service advantage for professional Home Stagers. The availability of more cost-effective options for Home Stagers will translate into more sellers and Realtors® turning their “For Sale” signs into “Sold” signs.
The goal of Home Staging is the creation of a “WOW!” factor in homes that are for sale giving them a competitive edge. A wider variety of furnishings and accessories at a lower cost spreads the benefits of home staging to a broader audience and increases the speed of general consumer acceptance. Chene has been staging homes for more than three years, and while she has seen a growing interest in Home Staging, customers’ concerns over the cost of renting furniture and accessories has not diminished. On the other hand sellers often want to downsize and reduce their furniture and accessories, and they look to Home Stagers for help.
