IRVINE, CA – As part of its ongoing commitment to providing superior client service, Earthbound Media Group (EMG) is pleased to announce the addition of a new Quality Assurance Engineer to its team. Welcomed aboard in October 2007, expert Bob Soleimani will work closely with key stakeholders to lead overall solution testing efforts.

Responsible for planning and executing all levels of testing including testing related to EMG’s database-driven Internet applications, Bob’s role will be crucial to producing fine-tuned results. All details of each project will be heavily examined every step of the way with this addition of functional testing, security and access validation, regression testing, installation tests, test data definition, test planning, automation and incident management.

“I am thrilled to be a part of this team of high achievers,” Bob said. “My goal is to contribute to great work already being done and impact it positively by modifying the quality assurance process.”

Having worked at well-known companies like First America Corporation and Toshiba, Bob has extensive experience in all levels of the QA process from conception to rollout. He has been responsible for the creation of test plans for hardware and software, development of thorough testing strategies and cases for a rigorous acceptance test for all applications and components.

“We are so excited to have Bob leading our quality assurance efforts,” said EMG Principal and Executive Producer Blaine Behringer. “His past experience in mortgage banking applications represents the kind of attention to detail that we need for our EMG quality assurance operations. We work to deliver perfection to our clients, and Bob will help us do just that.”

Skilled at preparing clear and comprehensive bug reports, his efforts have ensured that potential problems are correctly addressed before launch. Bob also holds a BA in Management Information Systems from Cal State University, Fullerton and is completing his MBA in Computer Resources & Information Management from Webster University.
