Electroplating digital panel meters keep quality constant.

London Electronics have released a new range of digital panel meters aimed at helping the electroplating industry to maintain consistent levels of quality during continuous plating processes.

But these are much more than simple digital panel meters. The INT-I series displays the plating current and also calculates the total plating charge in coulombs, ampere hours or ampere minutes.

To keep the electrolyte level at the ideal concentration, these flexible new panel meters also give dosing pulses to regularly add more electrolyte at controlled intervals, depending on usage so far.

They are designed to work with DC current shunts of 50mV, 75mV or 100mV output.

Power for the digital panel meter can be 95-265 VAC or 11-30VDC.

For long term reliability in the corrosive atmosphere typical of most plating plants, the front panel of these meters can have an optional IP67 cover.

A range of output options include extra alarm relays, serial data port and scalable analogue output.
