Rebecca Hulem, “The Menopause Expert”, Launches Personal Menopause Coaching & Mentoring Program

A Humorous and Informative Guide to Menopause’, Rebecca Hulem has spent the past five years speaking to women around the country about menopause. Now she is offering personal coaching and mentoring programs to women who are approaching or going through menopause.

Building her coaching on the principal of “Many Women, Many Choices”, Hulem believes that there is not a one-size-fits-all solution for treating menopause symptoms. “Each woman has a unique set of needs when it comes to their health and wellness,” says Hulem. “What is right for one woman is not necessarily right for another. Many factors need to be considered when thinking about woman’s health. This particularly applies to women going through menopause as their situations are unique and their needs very diverse.”

Hulem has spent the past five years educating women and clinicians about the many choices in treating the symptoms of menopause.
