Raleigh PR Society Shares Ideas for Communicating with Elected Officials

RALEIGH, N.C. – The Raleigh Public Relations Society (RPRS) will present an interactive luncheon on Tuesday, Nov. 27 to equip participants on the topic, “Communicating with Your Elected Officials.” Guest speaker is Amy Fullbright, governmental relations advisor for Hunton & Williams. Fullbright will share from her experience targeting, communicating and collaborating with elected officials, a key audience for many organizations.

The luncheon will take place from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Bogart’s in downtown Raleigh. Public relations professionals are welcome to attend. Participants are encouraged to RSVP via e-mail to Kelly Hubbard, hospitality chair at kelly@largemouthpr.com by Friday, Nov. 19. Reservations are needed to ensure that adequate seating is available. Cost to attend is $12 for members and $20 for guests and is payable at the door. The cost includes lunch and the speaker presentation.
