Act Consultant Holds Virtual Meeting of the Act Users Group
Fredricks is organizing and serving as the moderator for the evening. The meeting will focus on ways to keep the information in an ACT! database up to date. Attendees log into the meeting site on the Internet and access a conference call to allow them to attend the meeting virtually as well as pose any questions or comments they have.
According to Fredricks, "I have been organizing the ACT! Users Group for the last 7 years. We focus on anything and everything that is ACT!-related. One of the big problems users have is making sure they have the correct information for each of their contacts.
