Developed by Molasky Pacific, a premiere private real estate developer based out of Las Vegas, and represented by Pacific Marketing Associates, The Ellington team sought an agency with deep real estate experience to market their soon-to-be-completed luxury high-rise.

Reaching 22 stories and located in the vibrant and emerging Jack London Square district, this unit development is destined to become a landmark feature in Oakland’s cityscape.

Like New York’s TriBeCa and Meatpacking districts, Jack London Square offers a unique urban experience. The marketing strategy leveraged the juxtaposition of urban energy and luxury living that has appealed to buyers all over the world. The selection of the name, “ELLINGTON” provided an excellent starting point to begin this story, offering a tribute to the jazz legend, Duke Ellington and echoing the rich jazz history of the neighborhood. Hutner Group created a romantic and eclectic brand for the project, layering a message of rich quality and urban excitement in all of the project communications materials.
