IPTV Corporation Names Wireless Pioneer and former PacTel Cellular Head Jeff Hultman as CEO

(PRLEAP.COM) LOS ANGELES and LONDON, Nov. 27, 2007 — IPTV Corporation (Other OTC:IPTV.PK - News) (“IPTV” or the “Company”) has announced the appointment of wireless technology pioneer Jeff Hultman as its Chief Executive Officer and as a member of its Board of Directors. “I am thrilled to join IPTV Corporation as its CEO at this pivotal time”. Hultman said, “The online video revolution is only in its infancy, and IPTV is well positioned to be a market leader in successfully monetizing online video.”

Hultman continued “I have built two emerging technology businesses to over $1 billion in market capitalization, and hope to achieve similar success with IPTV. I believe these prior successes will serve me well in building shareholder value for the Company.”

Mr. Hultman is a veteran of the wireless industry having served as CEO of Pac Tel Cellular (now Verizon Wireless) from 1987 to 1991. During his tenure as CEO, revenues increased from $100 million to over $1 billion in three years. He also helped direct Pac Tel’s successful efforts to expand into West Germany and the United Kingdom.

In 1991, Mr. Hultman became CEO of Dial Page, Inc., a wireless provider throughout the Southeastern United States. After taking Dial Page public, he successfully negotiated the sale of the business to both MobileMedia Communications and Nextel Communications, Inc. in two transactions collectively valued at over $1 billion.

Mr. Hultman received both his Bachelors Degree and Masters in Business Management, from the University of California, Davis. He currently serves a director on the board of several organizations including Comarco Inc., an Irvine, CA-based wireless performance engineering company.
