Proven Leader and Collaborator Brings New York Experience 'Back Home' to Minnesota

MINNEAPOLIS, MN - Splice Here (www.splicehere.tv), the creative-driven, full-service post house specializing in advertising, broadcast, film and multimedia projects, recently added Producer Nicole Martin to their already impressive creative team. Prior to joining Splice Here, Martin was a producer at Charlex, New York, where she had the opportunity to work with Splice Here's new Creative Director Jeff Stevens.

"In seven years of business, Splice Here has never had the specific expertise that Nicole brings from managing multiple simultaneous jobs for a large design-oriented post facility like Charlex," said Clayton Condit, Splice Here's founder/editor. "We are experiencing a lot of growth and new opportunity and are excited about Nicole's role in maintaining the quality and client service that got us here while managing our growing capacity and expanded client base. Nicole has been a perfect addition rounding out our already phenomenal producer team of Lynn Anderson and Aaron Virtue."

A graduate of Hofstra University, Martin received her BA in Television and Video Production. After starting her production career at BI Worldwide, MSNBC, and 30 FPS Productions, Martin joined Charlex as a Production and Client Assistant in 2004. In the ensuing three years, she worked her way up to Coordinating Producer for Charlex founder/creative director Alex Weil.

"I was born and raised in Edina and always planned on coming back home," says Martin on her move from the Big Apple. "Splice Here is the perfect opportunity. This is an absolutely gorgeous facility with top talent. The technology arsenal here makes them capable of doing the same high-profile advertising, network branding, TV and feature film work that is being done in New York and LA."

For Martin the move to Splice Here is one full of potential and variety. "Splice Here does so many things so well," she says. "From editorial to visual effects to 2D and 3D animation, music and audio post, color correction, all in HD, this is truly a one-stop shop but with amazing talent. We're going open a lot of eyes to the incredible creative resource this company is, and I look forward to being a part of it."
