FORTRUST, LLC is in the final construction phase of a 20,000 square foot raised floor expansion. The project provides much needed data center space for companies who require high availability infrastructure and data center services to support their mission critical applications. In an industry that is quickly running out of space, FORTRUST, LLC provides the physical security, colocation services, and network connectivity to handle a wide range of customers' data center requirements. Construction of the new space is scheduled to be completed in November 2007.

Earlier this year, FORTRUST, LLC commissioned a 9,000 square foot private room which is currently being used by a single customer. FORTRUST is also in the build out phase for an additional 18,000 square feet at their flagship Denver location. Pre-installed with necessary infrastructure elements, the new phase can be completely customized to meet customers' needs. An additional 60,000 square feet will be available to meet demands for customers in the future.

"We are seeing a large volume of traffic, as there is a shortage of power availability for enterprise data center space in and around the Denver area," said Kira McManus, Sales Operations Manager at FORTRUST, LLC. "Additionally, we are seeing an influx of west coast companies seeking a redundant location in Denver due to our low disaster related region and reasonable rates."

FORTRUST's facility, including the newly constructed phase, is designed to deliver high-density power. On-site 13.2 kV transformers, N+1 2MW Generators, N+1 750kVA UPS systems and Static Transfer Switches provide for a highly reliable power distribution system. FORTRUST has carefully fine tuned the facility's environmental systems to meet significant cooling requirements. Premium 36" raised floor and seismic enhancements differentiate the FORTRUST Data Center.
