The project is owned by TA Associates Realty of Newport Beach, California. Barnard Ventures of Newport Beach, California is the owner’s representative for the project.

The firm’s corporate office, located in Irvine, California, is providing architectural design services for the three-story speculative Medical Office Building totaling approximately 65,370 square feet. The design of the building is a contemporary pre-cast concrete and glass curtain wall systems. The project also includes a three-level free standing above grade parking structure.
