To help us all survive the summer, Catapult has created some refreshing iced coffee recipes that will energize the mind and cool the inner core!

Catapult Coffee is now available at select Stop and Shop supermarkets in the Northeast as well as nationally online at www.catapultcoffee.com. Select Brook’s/Eckerd’s Drug will carry Catapult starting in August. There are four energizing coffees to choose from, all available in distinctive 12 oz. cans:

· Dragon Roast – the flavor of rich Arabica beans
· Cinnamon Dragon – with a touch of cinnamon
· Vanilla Crane – for vanilla lovers
· Hazelnut Tiger – with a hint of hazelnut

All four coffees contain extracts from the following three herbs, and are listed in FDA regulations for use in food and beverages:

· Yerba Mate – Used throughout South America to make a popular drink known for relieving both mental and physical fatigue.
· Angelica Sinensis (Dong Quai) – One of the most highly respected herbs used in traditional Chinese medicine. This high-energy herb helps maintain healthy circulation and blood flow.
· Guarana Seed Powder – The people of the Amazon rain forest use crushed guarana seeds as a beverage to decrease fatigue and increase energy.

Catapult Cubes
These energizing ice cubes are great with any iced coffee drink.

Pour your favorite cooled Catapult Coffee into ice cube trays. Freeze until solid.
Use to chill coffee beverages without diluting the flavor! Power up and go!

Vanilla Crane Iced Toffee Float
Refreshing dessert beverage on a hot summer day!

1 Toffee Bar (1 3/16 ounces)
2 cups of your favorite vanilla ice cream
½ cup cold Vanilla Crane Catapult ™ Coffee
Serves 2

Separate Heath Bar into four pieces. Add to blender along with softened vanilla ice cream and cold Vanilla Crane coffee. Blend on high until candy is smooth and mixture is thick. Pour into two, 12-ounce glasses. Serve with a spoon. Use your power wisely!

Chocolate Lovers Catapult Malt
A great mid-morning treat for Catapult Coffee chocoholics!

1 cup of cold Catapult Coffee
1 cup milk (low-fat milk, fat-free … you decide!)
1 cup chocolate ice cream
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
3 tablespoons malted-milk powder
Serves 2

Combine all ingredients in blender and whip at high speed until well blended. Serve in 12-ounce glasses and enjoy! Let your spirit soar!

Double Dragon Float
Dragon Roast and Cinnamon Dragon Coffees and ice cream!

1 cup ice cream (chocolate, vanilla, or coffee)
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
½ cup cold Dragon Roast Catapult Coffee
½ cup cold Cinnamon Dragon Catapult Coffee
2 tablespoons sweetened whipped cream
1 teaspoon of chocolate sprinkles
Serves 2

Split the ice cream between two 10-ounce wide-mouthed glasses. Split the cold Catapult coffees and chocolate syrup between the two glasses. Garnish with whipped cream and sprinkles. The ultimate power dessert!

Cooling Herbal Boost
Energizing and simple to prepare!

Ice cubes (try the Catapult Cubes)
1 ½ cups cool Dragon Roast Coffee
1 tablespoon sugar
Serves 4

Fill blender half full with ice cubes. Add in the Catapult Coffee and sugar. Mix until thick and foamy. Pour into four tall glasses. Elevate your coffee!

Catapult Cocoa Cooler
Warm days are a breeze with this refreshing Catapult cooler!

2 cups chilled Catapult ™ Coffee, brewed double strength
1 teaspoon pure Dutch cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 teaspoons sugar
4 ice cubes (try our Catapult Cubes)
1 cup vanilla ice cream
2 strawberries for decoration
Serves 2

Refrigerate freshly made Catapult coffee. When chilled, rapidly froth all ingredients in blender (except for the strawberries). Chill Irish coffee glasses and serve with a strawberry on the rim of the glass. Cocoa a go go!

Hazelnut Chocolate Tiger
Exotic and chocolatey

2 ½ cups cold Hazelnut Tiger Catapult Coffee
5 tablespoons chocolate syrup
1 pint coffee ice cream
Serves 4

Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Pour into four tall glasses. Elegant & Energetic!
