Active Data Services, Inc. Contracted By Nash Health Care Services

(PRLEAP.COM) MORRISVILLE, N.C. – Peter Ransome, executive vice president and CMO for Active Data Services, Inc. (www.activedataservices.com), a business process outsourcing firm that captures, manages and distributes information for healthcare organizations, has announced that the firm has been contracted by Nash Health Care Services, a nonprofit healthcare authority comprised of four distinct hospitals on one campus serving Nash, Edgecombe, Halifax, Wilson and Johnston counties. Under this contract, Active Data Services, Inc. will support the conversion of medical, HR, AP and other business records to electronic media. Active Data Services, Inc. will provide access to these documents through the Active Data Services Vault, a Software as a Service (SaaS) retrieval system that provides secure online access to patient medical charts. The firm will collaborate with numerous departments within Nash Health Care Services to convert medical records into electronic health records (EHR). In the future all content will be made accessible within Siemens Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Platform. The resulting impact will be improved operational efficiencies resulting in lower costs and enhanced patient care and privacy.
