www.hpwnewhomes.com), has announced that Heather Derr has been named builder representative for Balmoral at MacGregor. Derr has over 20 years of experience in advertising production and sales. Most recently, she served as production project manager for Derr Design Group, Inc., a commercial advertising and photography firm with locations in Chapel Hill, N.C., and Chicago. In addition, Derr was general manager of DDG, Inc., which operates luxury wellness centers and day spas in Cary and Raleigh, and production manager for Aparacor, Inc. in Evanston, Ill. She currently resides in both Chapel Hill and New York City. Balmoral at MacGregor is a luxury townhome community in Cary, N.C., centrally located near Research Triangle Park.
