“It is an honor to receive such an award from IQPC,” said Terry Terhark, president of The RightThing Inc, 2004 winner of The Most Informative Recruiting & Staffing Industry Resource “The recruiting and staffing industry is growing at an astonishing rate and so it is important to know what lies around the curve; to understand the coming trends and know how to leverage them into your business plan. It is also equally important to be a trusted source for this industry so that we can continue to grow together and be prepared for all the opportunities that lie in front of us.”

Terhark also added, “This award validates my conviction to lead by example and is again proof of our company mantra that if you do the right thing, good things will happen.”

“I attended the Summit for the first time not knowing what to expect” said Eileen Smith, Vice President of HR, Bright Horizons Family Solutions “The conference overall was of very high quality, and the workshops were excellent. We entered four RASBIC award categories without a great deal of confidence that we could win, as we were in competition with larger, well established organizations, many of whom were our clients. We were thrilled and honored to be chosen as Honorable Mentions in three categories. Receiving these awards validated the efforts of our incredible recruitment team of 35. Staffing for our industry, child care, is a tremendous challenge and receiving this award has given our recruitment team more credibility in the eyes of the managers of our centers, our parent customers and the client corporations that sponsor our programs.”

"It was an honor to be recognized among so many prestigious and world class organizations” said Leslie Esposito, Recruiting Manager, Booz Allen Hamilton “With our continued support of the Recruiting and Staffing Summit, we are able to increase our impact to the organization, to promote innovative best practices in workforce management, and strategically evolve our recruiting model.

Booz Allen Hamilton was very honored to receive the "Best Overall Recruiting Organization of the Year" Award in 2004. We also particularly appreciated the opportunity provided by the Summit to network with our colleagues in other leading recruiting organizations. Through small workshops, networking, and panel sessions the IQPC Recruiting & Staffing Summit provides a unique forum to learn about the challenges facing our industry, to discuss innovative approaches, and to share best practices with other recruiting leaders. We look forward to continuing to learn about creative recruiting and staffing processes and to share our Booz Allen Hamilton best practices with our recruiting colleagues at this year's conference."

A new addition to this year’s RASBIC Awards is the Recruiting & Staffing Industry Leader of the Year award. An award designed to spotlight an innovative organization who has clearly demonstrated the ability to envision the future of their recruiting and staffing departments, a motivated company who can organize and lead their dedicated staff team. This is a trailblazing, energetic organization that initiates innovative programs and demonstrates their processes in a coherent and comprehensible manner. The winner of this award will be a committed, goal orientated organization, who can take this award as recognition for their valued position and success in the recruitment and staffing industry.

The top three entries in each of the award categories will be identified as finalists and will be contacted in advance of the awards ceremony. Winners will be announced and presented at the RASBIC Awards Dinner held on September 19, 2005. On the following morning, the 2005 RASBIC award winners will be invited to participate in an interactive panel session to field questions about their award-winning case studies.

All RASBIC Award activities shall take place during the 8th Annual Recruiting & Staffing Summit, which will be held on September 19-22, 2005 at the Hotel InterContinental Buckhead in Atlanta, GA. This year’s summit will once again feature the Recruiting & Staffing Advanced Certification (RSAC) where conference attendees are given the opportunity to develop their own careers as well as enhancing their organizations by attending interactive workshops, conference sessions and benchmarking roundtables.
