December 21, 2007 - The Jackman Moose River Region Chamber of Commerce (JMRRCOC) website now offers real time Maine snowmobile trail reports dedicated to keeping snowmobilers updated on the region's trail conditions. Not only can trail reports be checked daily, detailed trail descriptions are also available that include details like where to get lunch on the trail, where the best spots scenic spots are and more. Also a trail comment section is available where snowmobilers can leave questions, share experiences of riding a specific trail or the region, read what others have to say, rate trails and more!

The Jackman snowmobile trail conditions report will be updated daily during the snowmobile season. In the future, the site plans to add the ability to upload your own images from your ride and gps data of your ride.

Visit Jackman, the Maine snowmobiling hub, where the snow arrives first and leaves last.

An average snowfall of over ten feet every winter and multiple groomers running six nights per week combine to create some of the best snowmobile trails in New England.

The Jackman-Moose River Region offers over 100 miles of signed and groomed snowmobile trails that will take snowmobilers atop mountains offering incredible scenic views, on winding trails adjacent to babbling streams and through wooded areas, and across the many lakes in the region. From Jackman, a snowmobiler can connect to Maine’s ten thousand miles of trails riding to Rangeley, Greenville, Millinocket, The Forks, Eustis and even into Quebec.
