American Wholesale Homes Announces Acquisition
(PRLEAP.COM) January 10, 2008 - American Wholesale Homes announced that it has acquired the business of American Classic Homes. American Classic proprietor, Carolyn Jansen Craig, will remain as the General Manager. “We are delighted to be a part of American Wholesale Homes,” said Ms. Craig. The business will be re-branded as Designer Classic Homes and will operate from the current model display center located at 15519 Lee Highway, Bristol, VA.
“We had great success selling homes in our local market,” said Ms. Craig, “but American Wholesale brings us the resources to reach out to many more customers.” American Wholesale is a licensed, bonded and insured General Contractor and has supplier relationships throughout the Southeast. “Through Designer Classic Homes, our customers will now have access to many more models of homes than we previously offered while still receiving custom design and decorating services that made our company famous,” said Ms. Craig. “We also offer in-house construction lending which will allow our customers to save money on their construction and closing costs.”
