The award, given yearly by Microsoft Corporation to certified partners that excel in performance and service, was, in large part, granted to QuickStart for their highly successful platform upgrade training for the largest airport authority in Southern California.

QuickStart implemented their proven Learning Framework, which includes a comprehensive assessment process designed to define skill gaps and create a targeted learning plan. The plan included standard public Microsoft Learning courses, customized courses, hands-on labs, platform-specific seminars, and ongoing reference support.

“I can’t begin to express how thrilled we are to win ‘Partner of the Year’ a third time,” says Hicham Semaan, President and CEO of QuickStart. “Our ongoing commitment to providing the best IT training solutions possible has been recognized once again. We are extremely proud to be able to partner with Microsoft to provide the custom training solutions our customers require.”

The Learning Solutions Award demonstrates a partner’s commitment and ability to deliver superior consultative learning services to provide the skills and knowledge that businesses and individuals need to get the most from their investments in Microsoft technology. QuickStart Intelligence won this year’s award for their outstanding approaches to providing customers with learning techniques that have helped maximize their technology investment and on-the-job productivity.

“It is a privilege to recognize QuickStart Intelligence as a winner of this year’s Learning Solutions award,” said Allison Watson, vice president of the Worldwide Partner Sales and Marketing Group at Microsoft. “It is this level of effectiveness in reaching out to our shared customers regarding the value of solutions built on Microsoft technology that enables continued success for us and for our partners. We applaud QuickStart Intelligence for its achievements this year and offer gratitude for our ongoing collaboration through the Microsoft Partner Program.”
