New Local Website Targets Out of State Home Buyers

(PRLEAP.COM) Monmouth County, New Jersey: MoveToMonmouth.com, a new website, hosted by real estate marketing co. MTM, LLC recently went live. What is unique about this concept is that MoveToMonmouth combines the strengths of a Community based Newspaper, Social Networking Site, Real Estate Search, Local Business Services, Advertising and Area Information.

People who live in the area can utilize the facilities on the site as a portal to the riches of Monmouth and the surrounding New Jersey counties. Potential home buyers from out of the area can use it to gain valuable information to assist them in their move and choosing the perfect home in the best community for them.

“We’ve had inquiries from New York, Brooklyn, Staten Island and Northern New Jersey and are glad to report that we’re currently assisting many of them with their Move To Monmouth” said Sheryl Kerner, featured real estate agent on the site. “The local merchants like the fact that we’re reaching out to new arrivals in the area. Their advertisements on the site will have a greater impact and should garner a good percentage of these first time clients”, Kerner continued.

“We also have a section of the site dedicated to South Amboy, which is in Middlesex County. South Amboy is quickly becoming the new “Hoboken”, with an influx of new buyers looking at affordable housing in an area which has a New Jersey Transit stop in town, many restaurants, music clubs and a beautiful waterfront park system!”

MoveToMonmouth is part of a new breed of “interactive” websites that will let the viewer participate in the site and foster social networking and community building activities.
