Real Time Interactive Testing now available from Argogroup

Surrey UK, Feb 12, 2008 – Argogroup, the leader in user experience optimization for converged mobile services, has announced the addition of real time interactive testing for its Monitor Master platform.

Monitor Master Interactive Mode introduces a handset-like interface in a desktop web browser that connects to Argogroup hardware. Using geographically distributed modems, it allows testers to access the mobile network at any available location – using up to four ‘handsets’ at a time.

Once connected, a tester can "press" keys, place voice calls (with full duplex audio) and send and receive SMS messages. As services are tested, real time information is fed back to the tester – such as signal strength, location and cell id. This can be supplemented with low level trace data to aid the diagnosis of network issues.

“We are delighted to offer this new functionality – especially as the requirement originated from some of our most successful customers. It is another example of how passionate we are about providing the tools that operators need to deliver a better service to their customers.” said Paul Danter, VP Marketing.
