Jones has been appointed Director at Acquisition Advisors, LLC, a leading U.S. middle market Mergers & Acquisitions Firm, which completed over $150 million in transactions in 2007. His primary role will be to serve as lead advisor on mergers and acquisitions consulting assignments.
Mr. Jones comes to Acquisition Advisors with extensive transaction experience, having personally completed well in excess of one hundred acquisitions, mergers, sales and divestitures over the last 30 years.
During one five-year period, he completed ninety acquisitions as head of the acquisitions team for a national automotive parts supplier. He also has considerable experience in capital procurement, restructurings, and turnarounds. Industry experience spans manufacturing, automotive, banking, technology, software, distribution, agriculture, food, retail, consumer goods and service industries.
Immediately prior to joining Acquisition Advisors, Bruce was the Managing Principal of the JHS Group, a firm he founded fifteen years ago. JHS earned distinction in Texas, Oklahoma and Colorado serving entrepreneurs, mid-market businesses, bankers, attorneys and private equity investors.
Bruce earned a MBA from Southern Methodist University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting. Bruce is also a Certified Turnaround Professional and a Six Sigma Black Belt.
