Tampa Website offers Free Church Listings and Announcements

Tampa area churches are invited to post their events, meeting times and announcements at no charge on a new community site called Tampa4sale.com, which features free classified ads. Tampa4sale.com is the latest offering from USA4SALE Networks, which began with Ocala4sale.com in 1998.

The websites offer free private seller classifieds, free help wanted listings, and generates revenue through the sale of business advertisements and upgrades. The combined websites reach an audience of more than 10,000 Central Florida visitors daily.

“Unlike unmoderated websites, we review every classified ad prior to publication,” said Publisher Michael Warren. “We aim to provide a community service that has a positive impact on our culture.” The site does not include ads for personals, pornography or spam.

To post free listings, go to http://tampa4sale.com and follow the link that says “Place a Free Ad.” Churches may post for free and should select the category “Community Board: Churches” or “Community Board: Events.”

The site aims to be a resource that will put more money back into the pockets of the local community. As an example, Randy Robbins sold two cars within a day, a mobile home within three days, and found an employee for his company. “I have had tremendous results that the local newspaper could never come close to achieving,” Robbins said. “Best of all, it’s free.”
