Foovy launched a new search engine called Foovy.com that is unique with the ability of users to rate the search results.

Foovy expects this feature will help the search results be more relevant by allowing the users to improve the search results and therefore provide a search engine that does not reward websites that spam search engines.

Foovy CEO, Jamie Ratliff, stated that the idea for Foovy has been in his mind for a while, but other projects were important before launching the new engine.

While Foovy is new to the search engine market, the staff at Foovy have been using the Internet for years, and are well aware of the problem users face when searching the current directories. By utilizing the Foovy Rate function, users can help Foovy keep the spammer websites low in the rankings, and provide quality websites to the search user.
