CGI Successfully Completes Implementation of Industry-Leading Collections Solution for DIRECTV

DIRECTV, an industry leader in satellite-based television services, chose to have CGI host and maintain CACS, the market-leading automated collections solution, and to implement CGI’s decision management solution, Strata Enterprise. CGI will host CACS at a CGI data center and will maintain the day-to-day operations associated with the solution, enabling DIRECTV to focus on market innovation and strategic initiatives.
