Phoenix, AZ –Major William Hurula, National Finance Secretary for The Salvation Army, has been named to nFocus Software’s Board of Directors. As a member of the Board, Hurula will contribute his knowledge and experience to ensure that the firm remains a data management and analysis software leader and continues to provide top-quality service to its clients.

About Major William Hurula:
Born in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula and raised in South East Wisconsin, Hurula was a product of foster care. Growing up, he benefited from services offered by The Salvation Army including Christmas parties, summer camps, youth activities, music instruction, worship opportunities, and leadership training. Following high school, he spent three years in the US Army as a personnel management specialist and then worked as a cost analyst for the Wisconsin Electric Power Company in Milwaukee. Hurula joined the Salvation Army in 1965 and has since then been an active member. He was named National Finance Secretary in March 2001.
