VOIPo Appoints Chief Technology Officer

(PRLEAP.COM) Houston, TX May 8, 2008 — VOIPo (http://www.voipo.com), a provider of residential VoIP and reseller VoIP solutions, has named Norman Brandinger its Chief Technology Officer.

Brandinger is recognized internationally as an expert in telecommunications and online transaction processing system and is a developer for the OpenSER and OpenCALEA projects. In addition to owning and operating a NJ based CLEC, ISP and ITSP, he has over 20 years of industry experience and has worked with companies such as IBM, AT&T, and M&M Mars. Additionally, he has an Engineering degree in Computer Science from the University of Florida.
