Dr. Linda Eagle, President of The Edcomm Group, visited San Diego on May 23, 2005 to facilitate a second session of Leadership in Production Management for California Bank & Trust.

Leadership in Production Management, a daylong workshop led by Dr. Linda Eagle, focused on the topic of “What it takes to lead banking operations processing and support services.” Other topics of the workshop include: Effective Communication, Developing Trusting Relationships, Influencing Others, Conflict Management, Team Building and Fusion Synergy. Senior managers charged with leading departments during major conversions and consolidation with their parent bank attended the workshop.
