OutrageousAgents.com reveals good and bad Realtors.

(Philadelphia, PA) Home buyers and sellers now have a new way to research Realtors and real estate agents. OutrageousAgents.Com is live, after beta-testing for several months. It’s the creation of former ABC News Correspondent Andrew Colton, who says he was baffled by the experience he and his wife shared while recently selling a home in the midwest.

“During our open house, our realtor repeatedly distributed brochures from his other listings.”

Colton and his wife fired the agent, then endeavored to sell the home on their own. During another open house, he says an agent stopped by to announce that no agents would ever show a house being sold by owner.

“We were stunned that this agent had the audacity to make the claim, and realized just how outrageous it was when we sold the home on our own.”

They sold it for more than the selling price agents expected.

OutrageousAgents.com is free to use, and not just a list of agents that are bad.

“There are some great agents out there,” says Colton, but there are also lots of agents who apparently saw the recent boom as a great time to make lots of money while doing very little and never developing the skills a successful agent needs. This site hopes to separate the good from the bad.”
