NETCO INVESTMENTS, INC. AND COLUMBUS PACIFIC PROPERTIES ANNOUNCE THE ACQUISITION OF BRAZITO PLAZA IN LAS CRUCES, NM

(PRLEAP.COM) Las Cruces, NM- Santa Monica based NetCo Investments, Inc. and Columbus Pacific Properties have acquired Brazito Plaza, a 65,724 square foot shopping center located at 1205-1265 and 1295 El Paseo Road in Las Cruces, NM.

Situated on 6.4 acres, the center is anchored by Albertsons (NAP) and includes both national and regional tenants such as Dollar Tree, Rent-A-Center, Factory 2-U, Jack in the Box and Village Inn. Retailers in the immediate area include Walgreens, K-Mart, Family Dollar, Sutherland’s Home Improvement, Samon’s, CSK Auto, AutoZone, Payless Shoes, McDonald’s, Arby’s, Burger King, Long John Silver, UPS Store, H&R Block, and Subway.

NetCo Investments and Columbus Pacific Properties have partnered to acquire and redevelop Brazito Plaza. The property was owned by a family trust for over thirty years. There is significant vacancy and deferred maintenance which the partnership plans on addressing immediately as well as bringing in skilled management and leasing team to get the center revitalized.
