Local Author, Photographer Sign Books for Diabetes

Westlake, OH – Frank M. Henkel of Westlake, OH and Vince LaValle of Columbia Station will attend a book signing at Barnes & Noble in Westlake, OH on August 19, 2005 at 6:00 p.m. Henkel and LaValle will be signing copies of Cleveland Browns History, Henkel’s new book, and will hold a charity raffle to benefit Juvenile Diabetes Research.

LaValle’s photograph, "Third Quarter Houston", appears on the front cover of the book. The photographer will raffle off a framed, signed print of photograph. Tickets sell for $5/each, or three for $10. All proceeds will be donated to the American Diabetes Association to benefit Juvenile Diabetes Research.

Henkel grew up in Westlake and Avon Lake, OH. He has served in the United States Air Force for the last eleven years, and currently resides in Las Vegas, NV. He operates www.nflhistory.net and www.brownshistory.com, which document the history of the NFL and Cleveland Browns. Henkel’s appearance schedule and additional signed copies of Cleveland Browns History are available at both websites. .
