MainLine Expanding Contractors Insurance Market

MainLine insurance has begun an expansion of coverage, including an expansion of Roofers Insurance. This expansion is to include a wider array of insurance coverage to save money for their clients. Complete with fresh ideas and money saving policies to combat the ever rising cost of insurance for developers.

The Wrap-Up insurance market has been expanding lately due to its relatively low cost, and the type of protection it offers. This type of policy basically lets developers buy insurance "in bulk." Savings utilizing this form of coverage have been quoted upwards of 50 percent over traditional premiums.

MainLine has decided to utilize the developer controlled from of wrap-up coverage, which may include liquor liability, and roofer's insurance. In San Diego, wrap-up coverage has gained popularity, being used in many projects around the city. This type of coverage has been a boon to California contractors insurance, as it has provided the opportunity to insure smaller contractors thereby promoting competition with the larger contractors.
