Despatch Industries Sells Custom Furnace to Aernnova

Minneapolis, Minn., - July 14, 2008 – Despatch Industries announces the recent sale of a solution heat treat furnace to Aernnova Componentes Mexico. Aernnova is a new customer that has chosen a Despatch furnace for utilization in their new Queretaro, Mexico facility where they will be heat treating aluminum components for the aerospace industry.

"The aerospace industry in Mexico is really gaining momentum," says Ernesto Serrano, Aerospace Sales Manager. "Aernnova is a major supplier of components to the aerospace industry and we are pleased to be able to provide them with the heat treating equipment they need to facilitate their expansion."

Aernnova's order consists of one solution heat treat furnace with a 1250mm wide by 1800mm long by 2000mm high workspace. Also included is a mobile glycol quench tank, a separate mobile heated water quench tank and a stationery water rinse tank. The water rinse tank features an air blow-off system to accelerate draining water from the load. All tanks are constructed of stainless steel.

The equipment purchase also includes two custom aluminum aging ovens, a loading crane and a chiller for quenchant cooling. The furnace's PLC control system features an operator touch panel with screen information available in both English and Spanish. Despatch will provide Aernnova with complete installation, start-up and training.
