Vienna Bistro Reviewed in Salt Lake City Magazine
(
PRLEAP.COM) Salt Lake City, UT August 1, 2008 – Vienna Bistro, an Austrian casual dining establishment was recently reviewed in Salt Lake City Magazine. The magazine provides information on the best dining, places to go and things to do and see in and around Utah, Salt Lake City and surrounding area.
The article, titled "Dining Guide" featured the signature items off of the European and Austrian menu. "The veal (and the pork and the beef) is done consistently well," wrote Salt Lake City Magazine staff writers. "Office folk like the quick brats and a glass of Alsatian white when they’re not on the clock. If there’s more time to linger, a dish of slick raclette with cornichons and pearl onions makes a great conversation and appetite starter."
Other signature dishes include wienerschnitzel, free-range veal cutlet breaded and pan seared and served with Austrian lingonberries; housewurst, house-made pork sausages served with sauerkraut and potato salad; and chicken roladen, organic, free range chicken, which is baked and studded with speck and gruyere cheese and topped with a mushroom cream sauce and served with spatzle and blaukraut.
